Orange County Utilities will be extending potable (drinking) water service to customers residing along Frankel Street north of Dean Creek Lane and along Lake Downey Drive south of Flowers Avenue. Construction will be within the County's right-of-way and utility easements as well as on private property for those homeowners who choose to connect to the new water main. At this meeting, representatives from Orange County Utilities will present a brief overview of the project, discuss the construction schedule, and address your questions.
