Residents can submit public comment by sending an email to Public.Comment@ocfl.net no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. The resident�s name, address, phone number, and the topic of public comment are required components of the email. Public comments received by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting will be read into the record during the public comments period.
Public comments shall be limited to three minutes. Please note emails that extend beyond the set time limit will not be read in their entirety. The citizen�s entire email however will be entered into the public record.
